Maschine 3 Upgrade Not Available in Native Acces

Just purchased a mikro mk3 off Amazon and was told by chat support it would come with a complimentary Maschine 3 upgrade. Maschine 3 is not showing in Native Access, I'm unable to log a ticket the normal way using thehttps://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/1804054 link as the system seems to be down. I think a ticket was opened via chat support but not sure as the 'My requests' tab is also down for maintenance. Just want to get a response now from support, and hopefully an eta.

i had to reach out to the NI people too and it turns out you have to at least have MacOs Ventura and once you update it will be in native access! promise

i just had the same problem! is your computer windows or mac? and what OS are you running on them?

yeah it seems to be a real problem. i'm running macos monterey which is supposed to be compatible. im thinking at this point maybe they can manually add Maschine 3 to my native access but not sure..
