Random Libraries Showing Up As One-Shots In Kontakt 8

Hello,
For some reason, my Kontakt 8 database now includes a bunch of third-party libraries as one-shots. These are libraries that were built as single-instrument products, like pianos, orchestral FX, other keyboards or percussion that uses multi-layer samples or extensive round robins. They utilize WAV files for samples, but were never meant to be considered one-shots. As a result, my database is now bloated beyond belief (over 215K one-shots), takes almost 45 minutes to rebuild, and runs much slower. Is there any way to manually remove these third-party libraries as one-shots??
