How to get Battery 4 to load a user file that was created using it.

Using my Battery 4, I create a User Kit, then save the kit. When I try moments later to load the kit I just created, I receive this error message: "Your version of battery is too old to load this file. Please update to the latest version."

Strange that the version is young enough to create the file but too old to load it. I'll be posting this every NI place I can find to resolve this. Thanks in advance for all assistance.

    What is your operating system? What is your DAW? Can you check the version of Battery 4 when loaded as a plug-in in your DAW? You need to click on the NI logo, does it show the same version as the standalone Battery 4? If not, it's simply a plug-in administration issue.

    Windows 10 pro, Reaper 7.27

    Battery 4.3.0, same version number for DAW plugin and Stand-Alone app.
