Hello, I have purchased a second-hand Maschine Mk3, I transferred the license. Now on the NI website it doesn't give me the software option. Do I have to buy it?

If you bought a second-hand MK3 and the licence is transfered, you should at least two entries in you Account
https://www.native-instruments.com/de/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

MASCHINE MK3 HW <Some Serialnumber>
Maschine 2 for Maschine MK3 <Some Serialnumber>

and both should also appear in your NA 2.
If not, conntact support.

As for Maschine Software 3, you should be able to purchase the update.
