Wind Shades / Kontakt Player 6 issues

Hello, when I recently purchased Wind Shades, they told me I couldn't register it like most products within NI and instead had to load directly from the file directory, no problems thus far, however upon loading a track featuring Wind Shades, the instrument screen is blacked out with a message saying I must upgrade to a full version of Kontakt player, bear in mind I've just updated to K8 form 7 hoping this would solve the issue. it hasn't so I'm really struggling as to why its still in DEMO mode with this particular plug in and won't let me revisit it insisting I upgrade. Help

    Hello,

    some paid instruments need the full kontakt version, not the player version. So what exact kontakt version do you have, k8 player? On the website it says that it needs full 6.8 at least.

    I updated to K8 from 7 yet can’t seem to be able to use KP8. I assume I’m using the full version of Kontakt. It’s totally mystified me.

    So if you go into native access and search for kontakt, does it say full or player?

    I’m assuming Kontakt is the full version as I’ve no issues with the rest of my plug ins, but for some reason I can only use Wind Shades on KP6 which obviously isn’t the full version but I assumed as I’ve upgraded to Kontakt 8 every Kontakt player would be unlocked as a full version. This is what I can’t understand.
