Hardware: Maschine+ / Connections: Mascine + is connected to USB switch cable connected to USB Hub

I had this issue forever and then today the issue no longer exists…but why? Let me explain.

When the software was opened, when switching on the Maschine + hardware (with the USB switch - I dont have to detach the cable every time I want to power off completely) - the screen would be stayk on standby mode. So the procedure was always to make sure to go in this order: 1) Make sure to quit the software 2) With hardware powered up (USB switch on) > open software. (the hardware did not have to be shut down and switched back on. The important thing is that the software had to always be opened after the power was switched on for the hardware).

Well, today, after months of having to do this (to the point that I just assumed that was how it had to be done), I no longer have to do it in that order - the software can be opened, and I can switch the USB power off and on and I'm ready to go. Weird. Was this a bug that was fixed in an update? Can't remember if I updated recently. I went to access bt cant see any info on the history of when I last updated. Everything is up to date. Weird.

Any ideas?
