A few days ago, I created a new account using the email EXAMPLE, which I then asked an NI agent to delete. Now, I have reused the same email by changing my old account’s email to EXAMPLE, but all the previously transferable licenses are now marked as non-transferable.
My goal is to move all my transferable licenses to a new account and hand over the old account to my collaborator so we can split the licenses (we were sharing them).
Additionally, I had several unregistered products that have now disappeared. Could someone please help me with this?
