Maschine Mikro Mk3 Display Dimness and Bright White Screen Issue

Hi everyone,

I bought my first Maschine Mikro Mk3, and I’m really enjoying it overall. However, I have noticed a couple of issues. First, the display brightness seems very dim compared to what I have seen in videos and photos online, it looks like the letters should be much brighter some times bright white full screen occasionally appears. I can only adjust the contrast, not the brightness. Is this normal, or could it be a problem with my unit?

This bright white screen that does not go away until I restart the device. Is this normal, or could these issues indicate a problem with my unit?
