sending sounds to ableton live midi channel and also previewing them without using komplete keyboard
….i am NOT using my komplete kontrol s88 keyboard because there is not room for it where it i live
(it is at my parents house)
but i am using the plugins (like the komplete kontrol plugin which includes ethereal earth and others)
(i have already installed the plug-ins from native access into ableton live)
*******************but I Am Having Trouble Getting Sounds To Open Within Ableton Live, Like How Do You Send a Sound To A Midi Track?????….************************
(When You Double Click The Sound You Want To Use, It Opens A New Window With Options Like "BlendAB" "Attack" "Release" "Cutoff" "Grit" "Flux" "Space" "Volume")
………………….**********************but inside of this window there is silence, like the sound is not playing, so i cant hear any adjustments to these parameters***************** (probably because i am not using my komplete kontrol s88 keyboard, but simply the mouse on my computer)…………How Do You Get These Sounds To Play Within The Window (That The Double Clicked Sound Opens)………………
………and also, from this window ………i do not know how to make the sound go into an Ableton Live Midi Channel……………How Do You Do This???????????????…………….
Thank You

can you screen shot the layout of your setup of live that would give me a better ideal of how to better help you because it should work if you select that midi track for that plugin.

It's not clear from your description how you have things setup in Ableton Live. The normal situation would be in Ableton's browser, as pictured below, you would have Native Instruments listed and within Native Instruments (when expanded) you would have Komplete Kontrol. When you drag KK into a MIDI channel, it will load KK and you can select the appropriate instrument plugin and preset you will be using within that track.
Whatever MIDI gets recorded on that track will play through that instrument given you have everything configured in Ableton correctly for your setup.
Once you've done this you'll have something that looks like this with your instrument plugin shown at the bottom and when you click the wrench icon it pops up the instrument so you can adjust it. You can close that window then by turning the record button on for that track, you can play and record it.
