Changing 4D wheel scrool speed for rewinde and fast forward in Cubase

Hello,

I have a problem.

I use S88mk2 about 2 months and when it arrived in my studio, speed of 4DWheel when scrolling in Cubase (rewind and F/F) was great (bar per bar i think) just perfect for me.

But now (i dont know why) the speed is changed, and its significantly slower when scrolling with 4Dwheel in Cubase. Now scrolling in quarter's and that speed is a totally useless.

I cant find anywhere in manual or internet how to change that speed?

Please, is anybody know how to change scroll speed of 4dWheel when working with Cubase?

    I don't believe there is a setting for the speed for the 4d encoder. If you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, do you experience the same difference in speed?

    What's your operating systtem? What version of Cubase are you using?
