transfert NI product(traktor pro2)on my new pc because the old pc its soo slowly

i have a problem to open my license traktor pro2 on my new pc.i have try all metod,and if i try to transfert license i have a problem..the page for transfert of produit send me:the product s transfert not found.

if i open my account native acces i can see the traktor icon on my old pc but not in the new pc

i have try to uninstall traktor from old pc and now i see the icon and write REPAIR?but i cant transfert

help me pleaseeeee i try from 2 week

    License transfer has nothing to do with this. It is for moving a license from an user account to another one.

    Using multiple pc but always with the same NI account is how you should have access to your products everywhere.

    Native Access cares only of what account it is logged to, not on which device it is.

    I suppose this is more another case of NI making life difficult for owners of old versions in order to try to make you buy the newest one (even if what you already have is enough for you).

    It is likely that you have Windows 11 PC which doesn't support TP2. Your best bet is installing Windows 10 if your computer comes with drivers for that OS version.
