Can´t register Komplete 14 Standard... why???
I bought a M32 with Komplete 14 Select and an Upgrade to Komplete 14 Standard.
I have started the download of Select, but didn´t complete it. Now it´s left in NI Access 2.
The Komplete 14 Standard Upgrade is missing the Base-Product, so I think, I have to install Select first and then Standard. But I can not find Select in Access2 anymore. What can I do?
I have read anywhere, that I must delete a Folder somewhere + restart. Can anyone tell me, which folder it is and where I can find it?

I bought a M32 with Komplete 14 Select and an Upgrade to Komplete 14 Standard.
The Komplete 14 Standard Upgrade is missing the Base-Product,
The Komplete 14 Select would be registered to your account when you registered the hardware serial.
You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Please check the page to see if the The Komplete 14 Select is registered to your account. Then also make sure that you are logged into the correct account. Then also make sure that what you bought is actually an Upgrade and not an Update , should say KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect . If what you have is an Update then that is for updating a previous version of Komplete Standard to version 14.

Please clarify what you mean by "I have started the download of Select" and "Now it´s left in NI Access 2" ?
There is no download in Native Access by the name of any bundle , all bundles shows in Native Access only by the names of the products that the bundle consists of.
Else : Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads).
If you for some reason need to reset N.A. then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access (However that will not fix if you have an account problem or have bought the the wrong update rather than an upgrade)
If you have bought the wrong Update and need an Upgrade then you need to contact seller. If seller is N.I. shop then contact N.I. Purchase Support , if seller is third party then alas a return depends on their return policy.
If you have the right KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect and you are logged into the correct account where you have Select registered and it still does not work then contact N.I. Account Support

You’ll never find the name “Komplete Select” in NA. Is just the name of the bundle. There you can eventually find the included products.
To see if Select is registered to your account, you must go in My products and serials in NI website and see if it is listed under Registered Products or Not Registered. There you can also find the Serial Number to eventually put in NA.
If you don’t find it even in My products and serials, contact support
