problem with the library

I am using version 3.11. (controller S5) since I've been on that version I've had a problem. every time I start the software, it scans and determinate the already scanned files again and again. i have three folders with files and it scans again each time. does not save the collection when closing the program. I see by bpm that it returns to 0.00 every time. I had no problem with earlier versions. please help

    I understand your frustration but in the future then please do not open duplicate discussions but rather update the existent one like you do here with more information. I have had to delete the duplicate discussion.

    You fail to give the most basic of information such as your computer type and exact OS version which usually is necessary to know in connection with software problems. And while I have next to no knowledge of Traktor software or it's problem then I do not know that N.I. software tends to give people problems if they are using a Mac OS and they do not give all N.I. software full disk access , so if on Mac then make sure that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS ,

    Else I will ask @Martiniix_NI , could you please take a look at this problem ?

    Thanks, sorry for the duplication, I see no one is responding.

    I'm using Win 10, I have an I5, 8gb RAM, a 4gb graphics card and ssd, and I never had a problem with the same computer until the last system update.

    i did the analysis in the background and when it finished, it memorized the collection. I shut down the app and when I restarted it all over again. as if it doesn't save the collection in the collection file, but over and over again
