Software updates give error messages

Hi,

every time there is a software update (Komplete software/instruments/one shots/etc) I get an error message on installing. I then have to uninstall the to be updated software with the uninstall tool. After that I can (re)install through Natice Access again. This procedure is getting very annoying.

I’m on Windows 10 (as long as it’s still supported…). I installed the software on a separate drive (settings in Native Acces). All the rest is in my boot drive. Does completely uninstalling NI and reinstalling everything help? Or, what else does?

Uninstalling and installing them can be helpful, so I would definetly try this if it is possible.

Also, can you please send us a screenshot of the issue or error message if you are getting, while trying to install your products, so we can understand the issue easier and help you to solve that as soon as possible.
