Custom Phrases in Kontakt?

I just upgraded to Komplete 15 and have been exploring Chords & Phrases

I really love the abiltiy to create custom chords in Kontakt 8.. this was one of my first desires ever since getting into the NI ecosystem w/ Maschine and Komplete Kontrol S keyboard a few years ago (first with Komplete 13)

However, now I'm wondering.. if it is also possible to create custom Phrases somehow? On the one hand, I can see this more as an inspiration tool to start with.. vs. something to create from scratch with. On the other, it'd be nice to be able to tweak the phrase (subdivision, note durations/voicings, etc..) to then be able to apply the other playback & edit capabilities on top off for another level of inspiration.

    Unfortunately you can't create a phrase from scratch, only editing and randomising existing ones and saving them as user presets. It's not planned in the near future to implement this.

    This would be a great feature to have. Any reason why this isn't planned in our near future Jeremy NI ?

    Phrases can be dragged out into your DAW as a MIDI track for further customization.

    I think the idea is to quickly generate ideas with Phrases by twiddling the knobs and then once it is close and sparks an idea any customization is done in the DAW.
