How to get external NI-Instruments into Cubase?
Hi,
easy question: most of the applications are usefull inside Kontakt Player, but f.e. I have the "Massive", "Absynth" and "Maschine" as Stand-Alone on my PC. How can I integrate them into Cubase as a VST-Instrument without installing theam again.
Tnx in advance

All those instruments you mentioned, have VST plugin versions too.
Those are already installed by default, so what you need to do is to add their folder in Cubase, if you use VST2.
VST3 is installed on the default location, so your Cubase should see them already.
For start, let us know, your operation system, your Cubase version and your NI Instruments version.
Some screen shots would be useful too (Cubase Management tab, Native Access preferences)0 -
OP-System: Win 11 - Cubase 13 Pro - Absynth 5 (5.3.4) - Massive 15.5
I had a lot of troubles due to a HDD-crash, I former had a lot of stuff with wrong installation paths and now I am just try to organize all again. The Native-Access-Updater was running now about 2 days and most of it is now restored, but some of them are only as stand-alone versions. I live with it and there a only a few parts missing, I keep on working on it.
