Double purchase of Instrument

This summer I have the S88 MK3 and Komplete 15 Ultimate.

All works fine and the sounds are great.

But I have made a mistake. Last week I ordered the instrument Skanner XT (€50).

Now I see that Skanner XT was allready included in Komplete 15 Ultimate.

So I payed Skanner XT twice. Oeps stupid and I was wrong.

Can Native Instruments something do for me like a Voucher or something else.

I do not know if N.I. Purchase Support or N.I. Account Support could do anything to help , you have to ask them , contact them ASAP and see if they can give you a return on the Skanner XT , a voucher or something else.

If they can not then you can use the N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade to try to sell the Skanner XT.
