Cant do a license transfer with maschine plus???

hi, wondering if anybody knows about this or had any experience. I have ana maschine plus and wanted to resell to another buyer, but when I go in to do the request for the license transfer, it’s grayed out and not giving me that option. I’m wondering if this isn’t a possibility or if there’s a way to request it from Native Instruments. I would contact them, but it seems non existent now on their website to find a way to directly contact them (unlike the past). If you have any information about this, it would be helpful or if you know a direct contact that I could send the request for a license transfer to, I would appreciate it. Just on a sidenote with the device, I did buy it as refurbished from Native Instruments on Reverb , I don’t know if that is maybe a reason I can’t be transferred? Thanks.
