kontrol S49 MK3 not recognized by windows 11

Hello,

I just bought the kontrol s49 mk3, and I installed Native Access. I turned on the keyboard and I am stuck on the serial number screen. My windows computer does not recognize the instrument. However the serial number is registered on the Native website. I think it is a driver problem.

Can someone help me?

same problem here, also in device manager is shown unknown device

On my PC I don't even have an unknown device in the device manager. I have nothing. I will have to return the instrument!!!
