Problems wiwth NA and Kontrol S88 MK III

Hi - I just purchased a S88. This is not an upgrade - paid full price for the Keyboard, although I do have the Komplete 15 Collector's Edition. I wanted the keyboard to take full advantage.

I have had nothing but frustration with this keyboard, and it is still not working. I am very close to returning the thing and never touching anotther NI product. This is absurd.

First it was power =- I ran all over trying to get the correct USB-C devices. The web site should state clearly and unequivocally that the keybo0ard will not work without very specific power devices. I finally got the correct ones today via Fedex. I was finally on my way…

Wrong… I cannot get past the serial number registration. Remember this is a full version - the correct serial number should let me in without any other considerations. I have NI 3.14 installed. No matter what I do it will not accept the serial number. As I said, I am quite frustrated with this. NI - what are you doing???!!! Get it together. I need some help today or I am sending this back to Sweetwater. I am calling Sweetwater next.

Help?!

    Hello joe1871, have you purchased your Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3 from secondhand?

    If this is the case, you will need to create a support ticket or open a chat support using this link below:

    Providing the:

    • photo of the hardware serial number from the bottom of the device
    • photo/scan of the invoice/receipt or anything that can prove your purchase

    So we can unregister the product from the previous owner's account.
