Updates/New Installs always cause - Busy... See Software

Hi, whenever I complete an updates or installs new plugins it always causes the - Busy... See Software message to be displayed on my KK Keyboard. I'm using Logic Pro 10.7.8. I select a track, then select the instrument/plugin - NI, then KK. on the Keyboard I am able to pre-sample the sounds, but when I select a sound I get the Busy… See Software issue and it freezes my complete project, which I have to force quite to get out of. Any ideas. I was thinking of upgrading to 15 but obviously reluctant given theses constant issues. Thanks in advance!
