Purchased Music Production Suite 6.5, but not available for download

I purchased the Music Production Suite 6.5 a few days ago, but it's not showing up in Native Access to be able to download. I've also checked my purchase history on the Native Instruments webpage, and it does show as being purchased, but I have no option to download her either, nor do I have a serial number. Any ideas?

    Music Production Suite (and all of it's parts) should be installed via iZotope Product Portal - and not Native Access. And your serials should be listed in in your iZotope account.

    There are currently a couple of iZotope products that can be installed via NA - but there is a lot of work to be done until all will be available.
