Why does Kontakt crash when changing a preset in leap drum brakes?

Every time I try to change a preset in leap drum brakes within Kontakt 8 it crashes.

matter of fact, it also crashes on all the other leap products

    Hey!

    I’ve also experienced crashes when changing presets in Leap products. Ensure you have the latest version installed, as updates often resolve issues. Clearing the cache in the Preferences menu can help, too.

    If that doesn’t work, try resetting preferences. If problems persist, contacting Native Instruments support is a good option.

    What's your operating system? What kind of sample are you trying to load? What format is it?

    it also crashes on all the other leap products

    What do you mean by that? Can you develop? Which products?
