2nd hand Traktor Kontrol s2 MK2 activation

hi, I don't have any way to contact the previous owner of my 2nd hand traktor kontrol and I would like to activate the product.

I tried to chat with NI AI but I'm still waiting for a human to help me out.

Is someone can help me with my issue? I do have the serial number…

I'm currently going through the same, or similar issue.

I have had the previous owner un license the device & software, but now that ~I try to transfer to my account, it informs me that the Transfer `Code is invalid.

Good luck trying to get in touch with someone from support, looks like they leave it up to the community

Did any of you manage to resolve this?

I have the same issue, bought a S4 MK3 from Cash Converters (UK), no way of contacting previous owner. Tried to use online help, and (eventually) raised a ticket with the AI Chat Assistant, only to be informed that I need to look at online help :/

Just seem to be caught in an endless loop of getting nowhere.
