Phrases tool not working

I have downloaded Komplete 15 and Kontakt 8.

All is working fine except for phrases tool. In FL studios, It loads the patches by no sound comes out. The graphics are working, the sound patches are swapping in and out.

All other sounds are working fine.

I use FL studios upgraded to latest edition. WIN 11 PC machine

Chords is working fine.

Can you reproduce the issue in Kontakt 8 in standalone? With what phrases presets and which Kontakt instruments does this occur?

Can you explain the following with more details?  "the sound patches are swapping in and out." MAybe a screenshot or short video would be helpful here.
