Komplete Kontrol mk2s61 prefereces-device configuration and Logic Pro

Hi everyone, I have the latest version of Komplete Kontrol updated, but my MK2 S61 doesn’t seem to respond to the Play, Rec, Stop, Quantize functions, etc. Could this be related to the Preferences-Device configuration? How should I fix this?

Also, the Komplete functions I use in Logic Pro don’t sync properly with those on the MK2 S61, they seem to work independently. What can I do to solve this?

Thanks!
S.

    Hello.

you could try to delete the configuration and add the keyboard again as control surface. Maybe also try to start komplete kontrol stand alone and check if the keyboard works with it.

you have to add it as KK S Series as far as i know and connect iot to the daw ports, but if you own a mackie control anf have it added that way it will work nomally parallel with the keybords daw integration

The issue isn't completely resolved: when I press the play, rec, stop buttons, etc., it plays back the sound of the track I'm working on. However, if I try to navigate forward or backward in the project using the dial, nothing works at all. Thanks for any advice and for your previous responses. Stefano

The 4d encoder (i guess that's what you mean by the dial) has different functions, depending on what functions you are using. For example when set to MIXER, the encoder will control the volume of the selcted track. Clicking on INSTANCE or SETUP will bring the encoder back to controlling the time line in Logic.

Apologies for the significant delay in getting back to you. The issue has been resolved, except for the undo, quantize, and auto functions—which are still unresponsive. Thanks again, Stefano
