Why was Scene - Saffron was removed from KOMPLETE 15 Standard on the day of release

Scene - Saffron was listed as being included in KOMPLETE 15 Standard until day of release.

It is really ethical to offer a product for pre-sale with a list on the website of what includes,And then upon release to remove a product from that list.

The webarchive on Wayback Machine of the page with the list of products in each of the three different KOMPLKETE 15 packages. Scene - Saffron is listed as being included in all three version of KOMPLETE 15. This webarchive is from Sept 19th.

I reached out to them, and they told me it was never included in KOMPLETE 15 Standard.

Yeah I'm pretty disappointed that it was advertised as included and delivered. This was a small factor in purchasing komplete for me.

I was under the impression it was too, if you look at the comparison sheet for the three versions the list says there are 4 products included in Standard for the Cinematic and Sound Design Categories, however there are only 3 ticks next to the products in that category, pretty disappointing from NI.

I raised a ticket with evidence that it was - that was on Monday and I am still waiting.

It's all over retailers pages too, they should honour this, as people are buying today with those bundled items listed elsewhere.

Monochrome

If you look at the Included products and Compare pages, it is now listed as included. And I can confirm it, having just updated to 15. Check your Native Access. It should be there.
