Not being able to update my NI library and library not found although downloaded

Hi, I would like to know why I 'm unable to find Lo-fi vibes, although it's downloaded in the correct place. also I'm unable to download Khithara, and update Fables to 1.0.2, Kontakt Factory Library 2 to 1.4.0, Kontakt Factory selection 2 to 1.2.0, and Session Guitarist- Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe to 1.0.2, there is also Battery Now Library 1.0.34.
