Native Access - Asking for Log In 3.14

This morning I updated my Native Access to 3.14. After it updated and restarted.. When double clicking on the App it asked me for my user and password. I entered my user and password information and I get an error stating UNABLE TO LOG IN. PLEASE SEE OUR KNOWLEDGE BASE. RETRY LOGIN

    I've been getting the same for a few days and NI won't even respond to email. It says they opened a support ticker a few days ago, but zero help

    Now I've had my company IT guy go through everything, try every step suggested by NI, and nothing works. I fired up my ancient laptop today to see if I could log in and it worked, Unfortunately, it's so old, it won't work for music production. There has to be some kind of bug preventing certain systems from logging in ?
