East Asia Downloading

Hello, I purchased the East Asia package, but it's not downloading. It just says "calculating time remaining" and the download does not start. I checked the FAQ page and tried everything, but I still have this problem. What should I do?

And click the chat icon on the right bottom of your page:

This should open a chat support page for you, then after you answer few questions you should reach one of our agents if they are available, if not, this should create a support ticket automatically.
