help finding libraries

in Native Access

Hey, I recently bought Komplete 15 and I am having issues to localise everything that it was supposed to be included.

There are some libraries that are ticked as included and now when I looked for them it takes me to buy them. For example; Cuba libraries, Massive and some others.

Does someone had this problem?? What's the solution ?

    Hello ManuLorenzo, this is because the Komplete 15 did not launch yet. As you purchased, you have pre-ordered the Komplete 15 Bundle which will launch on 23rd September and will be active to be installed on that specific date.

    So to conclude, you will receive all of the products coming from the Komplete 15 on 23rd September and therefore they will be seen in your Native Access on 23rd September.
