Not able to access account getting a can’t connect to the internet

have tried to do this offline and to no avail I am using the sevice center version that says it’s supposed to work with 10.11.6 but it’s not letting me get on the internet

    need someone to call me on the phone this has been going on for over a week and nobody has email or called me?
