the sustain of k.k. a49 doesn't stop after removing my foot from my pedal

Hi all!

I continue to have the same sustain pedal issue from months from my Kontatk Kontrol a49. I bought a sustain pedal because the previous 2 have the same problem nut nothing change. I also bought the original pedal M GEAR for the sustain but the problem that I mentioned before is not fixed. When I lift my foot, taking it off the pedal, the sustain of what I am playing should stop working, but it continues, as if it is stuck or there is a structural problem in the pedal output. I already checked the manual, follow every step from it and from website or youtube. I downloaded the last firmware and everything seems to be ok, but the problem continue. can you help me?
