After generating stems in deck (A,B,C,D) right mouseclick load song in same deck not possible

Hi,

I just got the update and I'm so happy with the generating stems option. I'm still hoping Traktor will some day make it more easy to save your work and playlists but thats another story.

When I generate stems, for example in Deck A and I go to my lists of songs, choose one and mouseclick on the right, its not possible to "load into Track" in Deck A. I have to drag the song to deck A or use a button on my S3. I find dragging to fiddly and I usually would use my mouse for selecting songs. I wonder why the 'load into Track' is not possible using the mouse and if this will change?

It depends. When its a 'stemmed track' its possible too choose Load as track. But when the track is a regular track and you select it and right click, load into Deck is not an option.

Also when I load a track in deck C or D the buttons I use for my cuepoints dónt work anymore. They have a different colour and when I click them they don't jump to the cuepoints anymore but control the stems. So button 1 controlls Drums, 2 Bass, 3 Other and so on. But I want to use the buttons on my S3 for cuepoints. How do I change this?

Are they white? In that case it sounds like you are in GRID mode on those decks. Switch to cue mode to use and set cue points.

The cuepoints in deck C and D appear like they normally do with blue tags. But I can't access them anymore with the buttons. The buttons suddenly controll the stems. The colours of the buttons are different too. Though I love the pink I would rather controll my cuepoints :-)

I don't know the S3, but could it be you just have to press the HOT CUE button above the hot cue on the s3?

The buttons above the 8 performance pads indicate which pad mode is in use.
