an error occurred/login failed/ could not find your login credentials

hi just got a native instruments maschine+ a gift from my friend, its brand new because the SERIAL NUMBER is not yet use, its perfecly functioning, but after i connect it to wifi to set it up, there is an error there is no QR code to scan, then ive tried to login manually but it login failed it could not find my login credentials, but ive already successfully registered the serial number in my native instrument account.
