Transfer Licence Kontrol S2 MK3

Dear community,

I've just sold my Kontrol S2 to another person but the licence transfer is not working. The Website says that the licence is not transferable. I did not use the program for a while and wonder what the reason could be. Maybe the other person can just register because I didn't use it in a while? Idk, please help me out.
