Maschine plus registration
I purchased a used Maschine plus from guitar center and I tried to register it to my account and it says that this serial number is already registered to another account. I sent a email to customer support including the receipt of purchase and a photo of the hardware serial and I haven’t received a response yet. What can I do?

I have a similar situation, I bought a used Maschine plus, decided to reset all settings to set up everything from scratch for myself, and says that he is already registered, how can I reset the previous user?
