Maschine MK3 Hardware Screen Stuck

I have been using my maschine mk3 which is only a week old. I am new to music sampling/production etc.

I was watching a youtube video this morning about sampling from a phone direct to the hardware. It redirected me to the native support page to download some drivers ( MASCINE MK3 Controller Driver 5.0.1 - Windows 7 and above). Since then my maschine hardware right hand screen is stuck on a message "Production and Performance System". It appears to still be linked to my laptop when on maschine 2 program but the hardware is not working as it should.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi i have the same problem, been referred to a specialist by a helpful chat support assistant but no reply as of yet. Only had it one day and now cannot use the maschine plus while plugged and yes i have done all faq steps with no fix… Great start

    I m having the same problem. It used to work and I had it in storage and recently connected it back to my Mac and got the same production screen. Would like some help to resolve it. I am on MacOS Sequoia
