Session Guitarist Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe will not load in Kontak7 MacOs Ventura

Hello,

My husband is having issues I'm not having with his version of Sunburst just showing constant swirling circle. All other instrument will load, but this one. I have the same instruments on my system. We are basically identical. I have had no issues with mine loading just fine, but his sunburst just scrolls. One it finishes scrolling it will then load, but every time he tries to load a different, or additional instances the little circle scrolls again.

I am at the end of my pay-grade now on what I can do to solve the issue…I have exhausted all the techie things I could think of to do. There seems to be something simple I have overlooked.

I have compared locations etc on both systems. Nothing seems out of place. I'm concerned that there is a weird or corrupted version of Kontak 7 on his system. We are using the same version of Kontak as well.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, located, moved, etc…I have tried so many things that the list is extensive. Is there a nice, kind hearted, and patient individual who might throw a few hints my way. I really feel like I missed something. I really don't know where to turn at this point.

Considering my instruments work fine, and his don't I am perplexed.
