I need help for installing Traktor 2 on my new mac

Hello,

I am a long time user of Traktor 2 which runs well on my 2016 Macbook Pro under Monterey. My mac failed and I had to buy another one. I now have a 2023 Macbook Pro M2 Pro under Ventura and I can't find the installer for Traktor 2. I have the serial key, registered it in Native Access. Native Access says that I can install Traktor 2 but I can't find it anywhere in Native Access or on the website. Can anybody help me please? I have a gig on saturday, of course… haha

    Also I use Traktor Kontrol S2 M2, is that compatible?

    Yes the controller is compatible but you have to upgrade the software to Traktor Pro 4 when using current Mac OS.

    Hello fissaa,

    as Heisenberg also mentioned,

    Please note that Traktor Pro 2 is not compatible with macOS 10.15 or higher. This is the reason why Traktor Pro 2 isn’t displayed in Native Access; it of course remains registered in your user account.
    You can either downgrade your operating system to a lower compatible system (10.14 or lower) or update your Traktor Pro 2 software to Traktor Pro 4.

    I think this whole thing is aBIG ripoff,WHYYYY must we pay for Trakto 4 and not use or want it if i payed for traktor 2 and cannot register or use it no more?Then also,i bought Pro 4 and its HORRRIBLEEE!!!,Serato is the best way to go Guys because NO HELP FROM NI.I waisted money on pro2,dj2,pro3 and Pro4.WHYYY CAN I NOT ACTIVATE AND REGISTER ON NEWER OS?
