problem with music to slow

What traktor version, what operating system and what kind of computer are you using?

Hello,ghanks to help me,i live in brasil,i dont writevery good. I have traktor kontrol s2 [machine] and software traktor pro 2. I have a laptop Acer aspire 3..is very good. When i work and i mix is good but in 10 minutes tem sound are very slow..i dont say what is this..i think is windows 11..
