DVS / Timecode for Traktor Pro 3 or 4?

Hi folks - Please Help :)

I'm running Mac OS Monteray (12.7.5) and hoping to get back on the Digital Vinyl. Traktor's Audio DJ 8 isn't supported anymore since the product is discontinued and no longer supported (no drivers online past 2015).

Is there DVS hardware out there thats compatible with Pro 3 or 4 for DJ's wanting to run Traktor and digital timecode / scratch? Surely there's something out there for digital Vinyl DJ's?

    Hello,

    there are some mixers with build in audio interface for dvs, so you can switch between normal vinyl and time code vinyl. The only interface i know, sold now, is the pioneer rekordbox interface 2, the only one with phono pre amps build in.

    There is an alternative to the Pioneer interface: Reloop Flux.

    Or get a used Traktor Audio 6 or 10.

    And as @Uwe303 said: Plenty of mixers with an integrated interface. DJM-750 Mk2, Xone:PX5, DJM-A9, Xone:96, Denon X1850 and many more…

    It would be good if we know what you already own, and what exactly you want to achieve. A cheap version could also be some phono pre amps and a cheap behringer interface.

    Hey guys thanks and my bad:

    Rane mp2015

    Pioneer PLX CRSS 12 (2x)

    MacBook Pro Monterray 12.7.5

    Traktor Audio 8

    So for Serato things are fine. The CRS12 have built in DVS, but only mapped to Serato.

    For Traktor the Audio 8 doesn't have new drivers so can't get it to run.

    Looking for a solution that will allow me to run the CRS12's in Analog mode (Phono out) into a Traktor compatible DVS.

    THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! I really do hate Serato and hope can solve this.

    Also have cdj pioneers which run fine but bored with CDJS

    Does the rane not have a build on sound interface? Why can't you use that?

    Rane MP2015 has an integrated audio interface. Should work with TP3 and TP4 without issues including DVS.

    Hey folks, so just wanted to leave a massive thank you here. Had to import some settings from Rane but they were great and now as you guys said, Analog into Rane, straight into Traktor. Its absolutely amazing. No need for DVS which would have just messed literally the quality of the high end soundcard Rane have installed.

    Thanks again, really awesome.

    Just recorded first all DVS vinyl…+1 CDJ 2000 mk1…. loving the feeling of Wax again.
