UI Missing for Internal Sampler / Audio (KBDSW-7912)

When loading loops and samples in KK 3.3.2, the UI Is missing when loading from the browser. It only returns if I manually go into Internal and select audio or sampler

There's an ongoing bug (KBDSW-7912) with Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2 affecting some Kontakt GUI being extremely slow to load, it's also affecting the sampler GUI. It's been flagged already:

No date for a fix yet, this is still under investigation.

i can reproduce this on my computer too, so i will mark @Jeremy_NI and he can forward it to the development team or whoever needs to know to fix it. I use Windows 11, on your pics it looks like mac os, so it seems independent from the os.

Interesting this is happening on Windows too - so far the Kontakt GUI freeze had only been reported on macOS Sonoma so this might not be entirely the same thing?

Can Windows users try this:

Load any plugin

In the KK browser double click on any sample to load it and replace the plugin

Do you see something like this? (sometimes there is just blank space where the plugin GUI was, not the static)

I'm beginning to think this is not the same bug as the Kontakt issue if it is cross platform and also it persists if I change desktop spaces but the Kontakt one doesn't - they are possibly related though - both seem to be graphics glitches, the sound is not affected

I tried it and thereis an issue too, i load for example bx oberhausen then i load a loop and it then loads the audio module but does not resize the lower area where you see the module with the loop loaded, there is an empty area + the module the same size as oberhausen before. If i try that with a sample, not a loop, it just leads to the issue described by the op and me.
