Original Maschine 2 Software Missing In Native Access 2 Library.

Okay, here's my current dilemma I'm facing, when I had Native Access installed on my computer before, the Maschine 2 software was in the library section of Native Access, I installed Native Access 2 on my new Acer Nitro V 16 laptop, and all the software, except Maschine 2 was listed in library, so, I went onto the Native Instruments website to see if there was a download link to download the Maschine 2 software, the only one I found was for the Maschine 2.0 Software Update, okay, so, I bought the software update, installed it via Native Access 2, went to enter my serial number I got after buying the update, and I get this message:

"Your account is missing the base product for this serial"

So, apparently, I need the original version of the Maschine 2 software installed first in order to install and then activate the Maschine 2.0 software with the serial I got when I bought the update, but I couldn't do that because the original Maschine 2 software was not available in the Native Access 2 library.

Looks like I'm stuck with software I legally bought, and paid Au$149.00 for, that I can't even use now.

I've had no luck whatsoever with Native Instruments support, all it has done is made me run around in circles.

The Maschine 2.0 Software Update is only for users who still has Maschine 1.x software. The web page did mention "For anyone still using MASCHINE 1.x software" as well as the "Buy Now" page — "For registered users of MASCHINE 1.x software" under the "Additional information" section.

Have you tried login to your NI user account and check if Maschine 2.0 software is listed under your "My products and serials" page?
