Display not changing every time on Kontrol Mk3 in DAW

Hello, I just started using my Kontrol Mk3 and happy with it but it doesn't want to switch displays every time I change channels in Logic but my Mk2 changes just fine. Hopefully someone knows what might be causing this as it's frustrating. Everyone was so helpful when I got the new controller hopefully someone know what is causing this. Thanks

    What do you mean by that? What kind of channels? Is it possible for you to make a short video of the issue?

    What is your operating system?

    Did you update the firmware of your MK3 keyboard? Did you also update Komplete Kontrol (3.3.2), Kontakt (7.10.6) and the Hardware Connection Service (1.7.6) ?

    Do Logic, Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7 all have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    I think maybe they are referring to the lagginess with Kontakt instruments in Komplete Kontrol, which has been reported several times. eg if you load one then switch instruments the previous gui still stays on screen

    I haven't encountered this at all on Windows 10 and Ableton Live 11. Is it specific to the Mac or specific DAWs?

    Sorry for the delay guys, long day. I am using a Mac Studio with the current OS and I am updated on all the current firmware for all Native software. I really hope it's not a Mac thing because this is my first Mac I just purchased it this year in hopes to avoid all the headaches but if it is a Mac thing that sucks. I very much appreciate your fast response and any further direction. This has been a great community just in my short experience. I am however not on the most recent update for logic but I will try in Ableton as well.

    How do you connect the keyboard to the Mac? A lot of users reported powering issues with Mac Studios (M2&M3 mostly). We would really recommend using a powered USB hub. Kontrol S-Series MK3: Avoiding Connection Issues by Using the Right USB-C Hubs and Cables

    I need to get another usb cord does anyone know where to get one? Now I'm thinking that may be the problem as mentioned.
