Registering Used Maschine Plus and SD card bug

Hi I recently bought a used maschine Plus and I want to register with NI. However when I bought it it did come with a transfer code (or an sd card). I have been trying all over the NI site to find a place to request a new code, but no luck?

Also I bought a San Disk 128gb extreme. And I formatted it in maschine and did a software update. All seemed fine (seemed to save etc) but when I go to time stretch a sample (hit apply) it says "Storage issue "SD Card" cannot be written too" .

Any help on this would be great!! thanks

    If it came with a transfer code install Native Access on a computer and put the transfer code there, not sure if you can use transfer codes directly on the M+.

    SD Cards if full size have a lock switch, check if didn't accidentally turned that on.
