Mic + electric guitar sampling at the same time
Hello everybody. I'd like to know if there's a way for me to record both my microphone and my electric guitar at the same time with Maschine MK3. I'm using the MIC input to connect my microphone, which works. I guess I should be able to connect the electric guitar with the LINE IN 1 input, but it doesn't work at the moment. I searched online but didn't find anything that could help. Not sure what I'm missing.
I'm looking into ways that would help me record both at the same time. Any advice?
Thank you! <3

I think you might need a daw for that. Maybe there is some form of workaround, but most likely this is the truth.

It's not that the line input "doesn't work", but it's not suitable because the guitar output (assuming direct connection) is not line level. If you have a guitar amp with a record output, you could use that to boost the level.
