Where is the link for contacting Support directly? How to register legacy products?

Why is it hidden, if it even exists?

I want to register/activate some of my older NI products on an older laptop running OSX10.7.5. Service Centre doesn't work properly, and Native Access won't install on that OSX.

I have read the following article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006053397-Service-Center-and-Legacy-Products-End-of-Life

…but SURELY there is a way to activate MY products that I paid for and own. Right?!!?

If anyone can help me out on this, or give me the link to actually contacting a real person at NI support, then that would be awesome.

Thank you! 🙏

Hello Citizen, as Kubrak said, it will not be possible to download and access to your products without Native Access and as you have macOS10.7.5, it will not be possible use Native Access in this very old operating system. As Service Center is also not supported anymore, unfortunately there is no way to use that much of old product.

I hope this answers your question☺️

If you cannot install NA1 or NA2 on your version of OSX you will not be able to authorise your legacy NI plugins.

But you may use Windows. NA1 works on Win7. Win7 is 15 years old, so most of say 20 years old plugins may be authorised on Win7…. But not all, which is IMHO wrong and breach of EULA.

If it is a breach of EULA, then why is it allowed?

I simply want to use the products I have paid for.
