Native access and Prominy Hummingbird

Hi

When I try to update Hummingbird to 1.26 , it took Native Access about one hour to update, I look at Activate app and I can see that it is no big down loading going on, but Native Access think it is downloading all the sample 42GB. That’s why it took so long time. I try make a bug report to Native Instrument but I can’t find where.
