Can I download my NI Software for both my Windows 10 PC and my mac book pro m3max?

I have searched for the answer on your web site for several days. No answer. Your chat does not work. No email response. I have not registered or downloaded the software yet.

Is the only support for NI on YouTube? Because that makes me want to return the keyboard before the return policy ends.

    Hello,

    yes you can do that, you can normally download and install native software on up to 3 devices.

    It will also run on windows 10 and with your great rme interface also with low latency, your PC specs are also good I would say. And you should maybe consider to update windows if you use it also for web browsing, next year, october 2025, support ends for windows 10, but of course will still work.

    Can I run my NI Collector's Edition & S88 MK3 on my Windows 10PC with low enough latency?

    The BIG QUESTION is will it run on Windows 10 or do I have to update to Windows 11?
    Also, will my current PC be fast enough to get low enough latency to play the sound library instruments as a musician needs?

    SPECS ON MY CURRENT PC
    Specs on my current PC i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz 64GB Ram (Not sure of the type or speed) Internal SSD for OS and Internal SSD Drives for Data.
    I also have an external 4TB SSD SanDisk Extreme Drive (For NI Sound Libraries Libraries)
    And a few other SanDisk Drives with 1 or 2TB each.
    I have several usb3 ports, usb3.1, and usb 3.2 ports with two thunderbolt 3 ports on the motherboard.
    I have one thunderbolt hub from Belkin.

    INTERFACE
    I own an RME UFX!!! interface.

    PROGRAMSI run Cubase Pro, newest Version BIAB Also have the East/West Sound Library And the Full Monthly Waves Effects Package Thank you for your advice.
